How to place an order
Click on the order form, fill in your details and press submit - we will send you a quote once we have received your order, or order Online and pay now using our secure Payment Gateway. 
Please see below for information about delivery, payment terms, terms and conditions.
Delivery: (within South Africa)
A delivery/postage fee is calculated once you have submitted your order and it is based on the weight of your order and your choice of postage (Standard SA postal rates). The following options are available:
- Insured econo-postage (counter to counter within 3-4 working days)
- Speed services (sent to your closest post office overnight)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number via an email notification.
Payment:
Once you have submitted your order, you will be sent a provisional quote with the calculated postage.
Internet transfers and bank deposits are accepted. Please use your name/surname or name of school as a reference for your payment. Send your proof of payment to info@phonixinabox.co.za or 044 871 4431 (tel/fax)
All orders will only be dispatched once proof of the full payment has been received.
Terms and conditions:
- Orders that are not collected from your post office within 30 days, will be automatically returned to us. We will gladly re-send your parcel, but you will be required to pay the additional postage costs.
- All resources remain the property of Phonix in a Box until full payment has been received.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the correct details and postal address have been included on the quote. We do not take responsibility for goods delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect postage details given to us.
